Description: This Palisander Playbook Live! event celebrates the upcoming launch of the new recorder ensemble sheet music range, 'Palisander Playbook'. The playing day will be led by the four members of Palisander Recorders, who have a wealth of tutoring experience between them.
The playing day will be followed by a short concert by Palisander, open to all and showcasing recorders 6 inches to 6 feet tall and 900 years' worth of repertoire.
Both the playing day and the concert will draw repertoire from the new editions, which include arrangements of medieval, Renaissance and Baroque music for recorder ensemble, alongside new compositions. Many of the new Playbook editions will be available for purchase on the day.
The playing day is suitable for intermediate to advanced recorder players, roughly the standard of an SRP playing day. We expect this to be a very popular event, so please book early!
